All KEF products ordered on KEF.com have a 30 day return period. During this time you can return your purchase and we will ensure that you get your purchase amount back, provided that the product is undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. Read more about the warranty here.

● You will receive a UPS returns label with your purchase. Please affix this to the outside packaging of your return. Then deliver the return at your nearest UPS service point
● Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account

Deliveries for the France, Belgium and the rest of Europe are sent with DHL or PostNL and provided with a track & trace code. If you are not home twice for receipt, it will be delivered to a collection point in your area. You can return via the Return page.
