Extended Christmas Returns Policy
To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 01th November and 31st December 2024. Any purchases made on Kef.com between these dates can be returned up until 31st January 2025.
Return Within 30 days
We’re confident you’ll love your new KEF products, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days - no questions asked. We’ll give you a full refund if the item is ‘as new’, meaning undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories. Returns, which do not comply with this condition - may not be refunded in full.
Bundles
If you want to return a bundle, all the items must be sent back to get a full refund. If the bundle isn’t complete; you will only be offered a partial refund and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.
Returning Faulty Products
In the unlikely event your new purchase develops a fault within the first 30 days of purchase, simply return your item (complete with all original packaging and accessories) and you will be offered the choice of either a replacement product or a full refund.

How To Return An Order
- Fill in the form below within 30 days of order receipt
- Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all accessories are being returned and the product won’t be damaged in transit
- We will reply to you within 1-2 working days and provide you with a returns label/s to apply to the box/s you'd like to send back
- Print the label/s and take your products to a nearby drop-off point within 14 days of receiving the returns label. We advise that you keep proof of the return
- If preferred, pick-ups of your returns can be arranged instead. Please state this preference in your returns request and we'll advise on availability
- Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account
- Please allow up to 14 days from day of collection for your refund to be processed
- The 30-day money back guarantee is valid for orders placed via KEF.com only. Our Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries
