As a result, there will be a delay in dispatching our LS60 Wireless speakers, R11 Meta, and R7 Meta orders. However, they will be dispatched from Tuesday 03rd October. You'll receive an email with Track & Trace information once the items have left the warehouse. We offer free deliveries to the EU. We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 10 working days depending on your shipping destination. Orders placed on a Dutch public holiday will be processed on the next working day as our distribution centre is located in the Netherlands.

• Orders placed before 22:00pm are processed the same day
• LS60 Wireless, R11 Meta and R7 Meta speakers will take up to five days and will be delivered on a pallet
• Orders are delivered throughout Europe (European Union Countries only) within 2 to 10 days
• Delivery with track & trace code takes place by DHL, PostNL, UPS, GLS or others
• If you are not at home to receive the delivery, your order will be delivered to the nearest drop-off location
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be shipped the following business day
• All deliveries must be signed before receipt so that we are sure that you receive your order
• Orders with multiple products will maybe be delivered separately. It is common for each item to have a different lead time
• Our Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries

When ordering a product on pre-order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for dispatch.
