Free Delivery
We offer free deliveries to the EU. We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 7 working days depending on your shipping destination. Orders placed on a Dutch public holiday will be processed on the next working day as our distribution centre is located in the Netherlands.
White Glove Delivery (Two Person)
We offer a White Glove Service for selected products (LS60 Wireless, R11 Meta, R7 Meta & Kube 15 MIE). This two-person delivery service will ensure that the product is delivered to your room of choice and any delivery packaging (pallet, film wrap etc) is removed, allowing you to unbox your product with ease.
Delivery process
• Orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed and sent the next working day
• Our standard delivery couriers are not able to carry items up the stairs and take rubbish away. This is due to insurance purposes
• Delivery partner include DPD, FedEx TNT and DHL
• Delivery with track & trace code takes place by DHL, PostNL, UPS, GLS or others
• Orders with multiple products will be dispatched when all items are available.

Pre Orders
When ordering a product on pre-order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for dispatch.
