• Orders placed before 22:00pm are processed the same day
• Orders are delivered throughout Europe within 2 to 4 days
• Delivery with track & trace code takes place by DHL & TNT
• If you are not at home to receive the delivery, your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up and you will be notified
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be shipped the following business day
• All deliveries must be signed before receipt so that we are sure that you receive your order
• Returns are refunded and without cost within 30 days if in original packaging, complete and without traces of damage

Deliveries for Europe are sent with DHL or PostNL and provided with a track & trace code. If you are not home to receive the delivery,, it will be delivered to a collection point in your area.
