UPDATE RELATED TO CORONAVIRUS: LONGER DELIVERY DAYS FROM DELIVERY PARTNERs
The current situation surrounding the Coronavirus has a major impact on all of us worldwide. Alongside our logistics partners, we here at KEF are monitoring the latest developments as closely as possible, so that you can enjoy great sound at home even in these difficult times.
Also during this period, orders made on KEF.com still come with free shipping and returns. The aim is to adhere to the normal delivery times, but we depend on external carriers and their capacity. This may mean that: delivery times are often longer than expected or customer contact is slightly slower in reaction time than normal. Also, the way of returning a package differs per country, as some countries can use a local service point, and others only can do a pick-up from home. We hope you understand this.
We also follow additional measures from our partners, such as avoiding physical contact, keeping sufficient distance and limiting deliveries at collection points. We thank you, our carriers, and our KEF stores for your understanding, commitment and flexibility.

Free deliveries in 2 to 7 days
• Orders placed before 22:00pm are processed the same day
• Orders are delivered throughout Europe (European Union Countries only) within 2 to 7 days (see per country)
• Delivery with track & trace code takes place by DHL, PostNL, UPS or others
• If you are not at home to receive the delivery, your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up and you will be notified
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be shipped the following business day
• All deliveries must be signed before receipt so that we are sure that you receive your order
• Returns are refunded and without cost within 30 days if in original packaging, complete and without traces of damage
