How do I register my product? Do I have to purchase it at kef.com?
Create a myKEF account or log into your existing account. Click on 'My Products', then 'Register New Product' and complete the registration form. You can register a product that you purchased from kef.com or any of our authorised KEF retailers.
What if I haven't received my product registration email?
To receive your product registration confirmation email with details on how to claim this offer, you need to opt-in to receive KEF newsletters. If you have already signed up, please check your spam folder. If you cannot locate your email or if you have not received one, please contact us at info.eu@kef.com.
I have already registered my KEF product on myKEF. Am I eligible for this promotion?
Yes, you are eligible for this offer. If you have previously registered your product on myKEF and are signed up to receive KEF newsletters, you should have received an email from us detailing how you can claim this offer, including your unique discount codes to use on kef.com. You’ll also be able to find them on your myKEF profile. If you have not received this email and cannot locate your codes, please contact us at info.uk@kef.com.

- This promotion runs from 1 September to 23 October 2023 at 23:59 GMT.
- This promotion is available at participating KEF retail partners in-store, online, and at KEF.com, and is only open to residents of EU.
- Only customers who already own KEF products (including but not limited to headphones, speakers and subwoofers) are eligible for this promotion. In order to receive their unique codes, customers must register their products on myKEF within the promotion period.
- Customers must opt-in to receive KEF marketing emails and retain proof of their Promotion Registration Confirmation. If customers have not opted in to receive marketing updates, they can contact info.eu@kef.com with proof of their product registration to receive their discount codes.
- Customers will receive two discount codes via email after registering their existing product on myKEF. These codes can be used to purchase either LS50 Wireless II (to save €300 off RRP) or LS60 Wireless (to save €1,000 off RRP) on kef.com. To use the discount code on kef.com, the code must be added to the 'Discount Code' field during the cart checkout process on kef.com.
- The kef.com discount codes will be valid until 30 October 2023 and can only be used for new kef.com orders of LS50 Wireless II and/or LS60 Wireless. LS60 Wireless Lotus Edition is excluded from this promotion.
- This offer is available online at kef.com and at participating authorised retailers. Find your nearest retailer here.
- To claim this promotion at participating dealers, customers need to provide their myKEF promotion registration email, which features their kef.com discount codes. The retailer is then able to:i. Provide a discount code for online purchases.ii. Provide a discount or discount code for in-store purchases.
