Attend your listening experience
Visit the store and enjoy your in-store demo with a KEF specialist, designed around your space, preferences, and the way you listen. Demos must be attended between 24 February and 14 April 2026 to be eligible for the reward.

Claim your reward
After your demonstration, we’ll send you an email within 12 hours inviting you to claim your complimentary reward. Simply choose between a 2-month Qobuz Studio trial or 3 months of MUBI, and we’ll send your access code straight to your inbox.

- This Promotion starts on 24 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT 31 March 2026.
- This Promotion is open to residents, aged 18 and over, of any European country where KEF and its retailer partners offer a Book A Demo service, detailed here.
- To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must book a KEF demonstration on KEF’s Book A Demo platform by 31 March 2026 and attend a KEF demonstration by 14 April 2026.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Attending a KEF demonstration does not require or obligate a purchase.
- This Promotion is not open to employees of GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd, its subsidiary companies, participating retailers, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
- Customers who have booked and attended a KEF product demonstration during the Promotion period (24 February to 14 April 2026), will receive an email after attending their demo, via the email they registered for the demo. In this email, customers will need to choose whether they would prefer to receive either of the following rewards, by clicking on the relevant button in the email:
a) 1 x 3-month MUBI free trial voucher code
b) 1 x 2-month Qobuz Studio free trial voucher code
After making their choice, customers will receive a subsequent email providing them with their chosen voucher code and details of how to claim the code with MUBI or Qobuz. If you have not received the emails mentioned above, please check your Spam or Junk folders. - The MUBI voucher code is available to new and existing MUBI customers and is valid until 31 March 2027. The Qobuz voucher code is available to new Qobuz Studio customers only and is valid until 31 March 2027.

- Rewards are subject to availability. KEF reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- KEF accepts no responsibility for entries, claims or communications that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received due to technical, network, hardware or software failure, including email delivery issues or incorrect contact details provided by the participant.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd is not liable for any expenses associated with the voucher codes. Neither GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd nor any other voucher code suppliers are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described in the Promotion.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in this Promotion.
- Customers may only participate in the Promotion once. One reward per person.
- KEF reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this Promotion at any time, E&OE. KEF reserves the right to change any and all terms of this Promotion without prior notice and reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The Promotion will be governed by English law.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English and language version (German, French or Dutch) of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- KEF shall use and take care of any personal information in line with its Privacy Policy here.
- Personal data supplied during the Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with KEF’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with Qobuz or MUBI unless required to fulfil the reward.
