Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3 to 5 working days after placing your order.
 
Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your credit card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. The delivery time estimate also depends on the availability of the items at the warehouse, our courier partners' dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.
 
 

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO EUROPE

We offer a free standard delivery when ordering from KEF.COM Online Store for any KEF product. It can be sent to the following European countries (home or work address, etc. but never a P.O. Box). As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with the delivery information, which includes the tracking number. You can also check the status of your order under the "My Orders" section when you login to "My Account" if you have registered an account with KEF.

KEF.COM insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any products delivered, at which point responsibility for your ordered products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by KEF.COM and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
 
Please note that delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.
 
KEF aims to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally system or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. KEF cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
 
 

SALES AND OTHER TAXES

KEF.COM is obliged to withhold sales tax for delivery within certain countries and all such taxes shall be automatically charged and withheld. Unless you provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to our acceptance of the order, you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order not collected by us.
 
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipment confirmation that contains the tracking information. Once your product is shipped, the Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.
 
KEF.COM may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The product is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking, pricing errors or payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
